Mumbai, February 12, 2025: MHADA Konkan Board (a regional housing board of MHADA) has started an online Housing Demand Survey to understand public demand for its upcoming housing projects in Ambarnath. The survey will help in estimating the number of potential applicants before finalizing the feasibility report for these projects. Citizens are requested to participate in the survey by February 28, 2025.

MHADA plans to develop housing projects at Kohij Khuntavali and Shivganga Nagar in Ambarnath, offering homes for the Economically Weaker Section (EWS) and the Middle-Income Group (MIG). The proposed project at Kohij Khuntavali includes 1,606 housing units for EWS and 22 commercial shops, while the Shivganga Nagar project will have 151 units for EWS and 774 units for MIG.

The survey aims to assess the response from potential homebuyers, which will help MHADA in planning the project accordingly. Interested citizens can participate in the survey.
