Aurangabad, April 13:“Government, administration, social and voluntary organisations and others are dealing with OVID outbreak with the help of each other. We will overcome it soon. After this, I am sure the Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Association of India (CREDAI) will play an important role in the development of the city,” said Astik Kumar Pandey, the administrator of Aurangabad Municipal Corporation (AMC).He was speaking at the installation ceremony of newly-elected office-bearers of the city chapter of CREDAI held online on Tuesday. The office-bearers were elected for the year 2021-2023.Deputy manager of SBI Ravikumar Verma, national president of CREDAI Satisdada Magar, its vice-president Shantilal Katariya, Anant Rajegaonkar, its State president Sunil Phurde, Pramod Khairnar (elect State president), former president Rajendrasingh Jabinda, Devanand Kotgire and others were present in the online programme.Newly elected office-bearers who are from the city and elected on the State and national level bodies were felicitated. They included Pramod Khairnar, Narendrasingh Jabinda, Devanand Kotgire and Uday Kasliwal.Narendrasingh Jabinda, Sunil Bedmutha and Vikas Choudhary presented the report of their tenure. Outgoing office-bearers handed over the charge of their posts to newly elected ones.Newly elected president Nitin Bagadiya said that construction is the second largest field employment-generating field after agriculture.“The Government has given permission to construct buildings up to 70 meters height in the city and the AMC has also given green signal for it.Common men will get affordable houses through high rising buildings,” he added. Neeta Pansare conducted the proceedings while Akhil Khanna proposed a vote of thanks.
