Paris, Oct 2 French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian has said that serious actions were needed for his country and the US to get out of the crisis following the submarine row.The crisis "has not ended only because the dialogue has resumed", Le Drian told a hearing at the French Senate Commission on International Affairs."It will continue.
