James Ian Pamment is former cricketer who played 14 first-class matches for Auckland between 1993 and 1996 in the Shell Trophy. He played in 32 List A Shell Cup one-day matches and in a one-day match against the West Indies.A right-handed batsman he scored 351 first class runs at an average of 15.95 with a best of 98 against Central Districts. This was his only first class fifty. He was more successful in the one day arena, scoring 933 runs at 30.09 with a top score of 105* against Wellington.
