Taking into view the acute shortage of blood in the state, Lokmat Group undertook the initiative 'Lokmat Raktache Nate'. Madhukar Satpute, commander of Bharat Battalion donated blood and inaugurated the camp. After this, the soldiers lined up for blood donation. Blood was collected by a government blood bank at Government Medical College and Hospital.
