Aurangabad, Feb 15:A father has submitted a habeascorpus petition in the Aurangabad division bench of the Bombay High Courtrequesting the police should search his missing daughter. The hearing on thepetition will be held on February 18.In the earlier hearing in thisregard, the bench had directed the Ambejogai police to search the girl andpresent her in the court. The hearing was held before the bench comprisingJustice S P Deshmukh and Justice Abhay Ahuja on February 15. The policepresented their stand.The girl was missing from Ambejogaifrom December 21, 2020. Her father lodged a complaint at the Ambejogai policestation but she was not found. Hence, he submitted a habeas corpus petition inthe Aurangabad division bench through Adv Siddheshwar Thombre. Division benchcomprising Justice T V Nalawade and Justice S G Shevlikar directed the policeto search the girl and present her before the court by February 15.
