Relations between builders and customers are cordial due to after sales service.Faith Build Construction’s chairman Rajendra Patil said that drastic changes have taken place in the construction industry for customers due to new rules and regulations. Developers have more responsibilities today. They prefer to provide more amenities to customers in minimum space. Maharashtra Real EstateRegulatory Authority Act has introduced transparency and reliability in house buying and selling dealings. Relations like family members are seen between builders and members of society. Construction industrialists cooperate with customers for solving their problems and are involved in happy and sad moments of their lives after selling houses or flats. Most of the construction industrialists have launched maintenance departments. Experts from the construction field have been appointed. They solve customers' problems on the phone or directly visit them. Construction industrialists adjust such expenditure from their pocket or contribution from society. They solve customers' problems or guide them even though it is not under their responsibility. Harmonious relations are being built between construction industrialists and customers due to the best service provided at customers’ door. Patil said that such a positive atmosphere is very helpful for achieving sustainable development of Aurangabad city.
