However, But the Afghan Aviation Authority accused Islamabad of violating bilateral agreement signed between the two countries.Mohammad Naeem Salehi, a spokesman for the Afghanistan Civil Aviation Authority said that Pakistan made the decision without consulting with the Afghan officials.
