As he is a minor, he does not have to go to jail and hence commits petty thefts and gets small amount. Bisen thought of doing one big crime and settle for life. His plan was to get `50 lakh ransom, buy a bungalow for `20 lakh, a care for `5 to `7 lakh and live a royal life with the rest of the moneyMeticulous planningHe came across builder Raju Vaidya and decided to make him his target. He had been thinking about his plan over and over again for over a month so as not to make any mistakes while committing the crime. He also saw some crime patrol scenes. From that, he implemented two tricks in his crime, how to dress and not use his own mobile phone.He spoke to Vaidya on Swati’s mobile and demanded ransom. As Vaidya’s accomplice, the police were holding a bundle of five hundred notes in their hand. The plan was to catch his both hands, when he was taking money. As the accused’s minor relative was a criminal on record, the police raided his house to check. The accused Jitendra Bisen was confronted by the police. However, he gave satisfactory answers to police at that time. Meanwhile, Hudkeshwar police constable Prataprao Bhosale produced Bisen in court on Saturday and obtained his PCR till June 8.
